Acelon Chemicals & Fiber Corporation was established in 1988 by a group of partners united by their passion and vision for the textile industry. Over the years, the company has experienced steady growth, expanding its operations from 1988 to 2009. Today, Acelon operates three manufacturing facilities located in Puyan, Fangyuan, and Douliu, specializing in the production of nylon and polyester yarns.
Recognizing the increasing importance of environmental sustainability, Acelon has actively invested in green technologies. In 2011, the company founded Acegreen Eco-Material Technology Co., Ltd., followed by Acenature Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in 2013. These subsidiaries focus on green cellulosic fiber technology and the development of finished household products made from yarns produced by affiliated companies, enabling Acelon to reach a broader customer base and expand its market presence.
Acelon’s yarns are distributed worldwide and are utilized across a diverse range of end markets, including ready-made garments, outdoor functional products, household goods, and industrial applications. In addition to offering standard nylon and polyester raw white yarns, Acelon has developed a series of functional and environmental fibers to address evolving market needs and environmental challenges.
One of the company’s key innovations is the production of dope-dyed fibers, which significantly reduce the need for traditional dyeing and finishing processes. This advancement helps customers lower their carbon dioxide emissions and wastewater output. Furthermore, Acelon offers recycled nylon yarns and biodegradable nylons, both made from renewable resources, contributing to waste reduction and lessening environmental impact.
